We aim for reliability, not speed at the expense of care.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. ALLEGRIA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of scalp care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
